I am a Leadership Development Facilitator & Executive Coach. I’ve spent a good part of the past decade actively mentoring and coaching people at mid and senior Executive levels – to anchor around their strengths, to identify and build sources of internal motivation, thereby enabling them to effectively deliver outcomes and grow their careers.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve been facilitating programs on Leadership Development in India and overseas – for global Consulting firms, Product organizations, Captives and some organizations in the core industry sectors. Additionally, I had been involved in coaching in a couple of ways:

- Mentor-coaching learner-coaches and facilitating their Coaching Accreditation journeys,
Prior to this, I was a Managing Director @ Accenture. As a business leader, I anchored multiple programs on Leadership, Business acumen and related areas. Additionally, as a leadership sponsor for Inclusion & Diversity, I set up an internal coaching framework for women, in addition to facilitating programs for targeted audience.
As a leader in the IT industry for over 25 years, I played a broad range of global & leadership roles – Business Development, Account Management, Complex Delivery, Business Unit Management and People Development – and delivered to business goals
