I am a Behavioural Coach, a Facilitator and a HR Consultant. I am passionate to work with people individually and in groups to help them achieve clarity, be result focused, accountable and maximize their personal and professional potential. I blend coaching and learning interventions while working at an individual or group levels to bring about enduring positive changes.
- I have ~12 years of experience in driving various HR initiatives, policies and programs in Talent Management with the emphasis in building the organization capability. My previous full time assignments as a HR professional included Google, Future Group, Yum! (KFC Brand) and Bain & Company.
Following my mantra “to learn and facilitate other’s learning”, I took a leap of faith in the fall of 2013 and moved out of a full time corporate career.
