- Throughout her tenure with Zinnia (Formerly SE2), she was a part of the core team responsible for setting up the Organization in India. The early years included launching the organization, creating the L&D function and setting up various compliance and mandatory trainings, Setting up PoSH in India, becoming a member of the PoSH IC and launching a new performance management system in the organization. Later on, it was to collaborate with business leaders to understand the skill gaps and future requirements and develop and deliver these trainings globally. She also spearheaded the LOMA certification drive in the organization to build relevant knowledge and enhance customer service. She was also responsible for bringing in a shift in the performance management approach.
