  • Throughout his Singtel & NCS tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing the India Delivery Centre from the ground up. Collaborating closely with Global CoEs and external consultants, he significantly contributed to NCS’s first major expansion beyond China and Southeast Asia. As a change catalyst, he led the creation of the Employee Value Proposition and established an industry-aligned HR practice. During the next phase, he worked as a Change Lead and was associated with the Transformation Office. Notably, he worked closely with local leadership to redefine the Skills Matrix Framework, shape Learning & Development strategies, implement Campus Hiring approaches including the Campus to Corporate training plans and establish locally tailored competencies. Furthermore, his responsibilities included driving a team on policy creation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Performance Management, Mobility & Secondment, Operations, and Compliance & Payroll.
  • During his tenure with Bain and Cvent, he executed programs such as Mentor Connect, AskHR, Know Your Peers, Performance & Benefits, etc. and also took the lead to start the B-School hiring program for Bain Capability Centre. He also designed and supported Cvent USA with their campus hiring program for US Universities. Throughout his career, he has actively engaged with senior leadership, contributing to the design of strategic HR processes and effective communication management. With a diverse industry background spanning consulting, telecom, product and IT; he possesses a nuanced understanding of people related challenges, their development needs and awareness of implementation challenges.
