As a change catalyst, he led the creation of the Employee Value Proposition and established an industry-aligned HR practice. During the next phase, he worked as a Change Lead and was associated with the Transformation Office. Notably, he worked closely with local leadership to redefine the Skills Matrix Framework, shape Learning & Development strategies, implement Campus Hiring approaches including the Campus to Corporate training plans and establish locally tailored competencies.
