Individual Effectiveness (IE)
The foundation of Individual Effectiveness learning interventions lie in “Self-Leadership” i.e. If I can lead myself well, then I can lead the world. As Scott Belsky has said, “Self Leadership is about awareness, tolerance, and not letting your own natural tendencies limit your potential.”
Interventions in the IE section prepares individuals to manage the life’s changes and challenges across different spheres of life by equipping self with certain life skills. These skills help individuals be grounded, manage their emotions and tendencies to be more productive and learn ways to maneuver around inter-personal challenges while working with varied personalities.
This leads to enhanced collaboration within the work force, reducing relationship friction and thereby, resulting in, incremental productivity for the organization.
The Individual effectiveness is developed using 1-0-1 coaching and/or group programs.
