My coaching sessions were Stimulating and led to a lot of introspection. They made me think through assumptions, self limiting thoughts, thinking patterns, what worked well for me in the past, what did not, situations for high performance, my strengths, areas of weakness. There are areas where I have converted unconstructive patterns into positive habits. We determined short term and long term goals, identified reasons for failure in the past and other roadblocks and then worked on options. Jayshree made sure that I work on my action plan and get results. There were times I failed but Jayshree would handhold me and give me enough impetus to get back on track. There was clarity in terms of what I wanted to achieve and how I would go about it with concrete actions. It led to a lot of clarity and I was able to tap into various areas of my life and improvise certain aspects.
