Who We Are

In our journey of enabling people & organizations, either as a business professional or people consultant, we realized that clients primarily wanted to be heard. We heard them intently and helped them navigate through their ideas or challenges. In this process of sounding their ideas off to us and finding their own solutions, they called us their SoundingBoard. This is how we created our identity, as SoundingBoard.

As SoundingBoards, we enable our clients to become aware of their people/business issues by empathic listening, skill building through sustainable and applicable learning interventions, challenging them by throwing new perspectives and finally guiding them to solve the problem at hand.

We proudly call ourselves SoundingBoards. We blend coaching and facilitation techniques to help our clients in their learning and development journey.

How does SoundingBoard work?

SoundingBoard designs programs as Learning Journeys for sustained behavioral changes that drive business impact and do not propose a program in isolation. We believe in aligning our interventions with a strategic business need to build a series of coaching / facilitation sessions.

Coaching or Facilitation @ SoundingBoard use the ACE Model. Through The ACE Model, we engage clients one-on-one or in large groups, in the process of questioning, probing, stretching them to see beyond the obvious and setting them free to define the way forward.
